Use of data
Registration data is used for account authentication, team management, review operations, safety communication and competition administration.

Media use
Source of materials
Team photos, videos and related materials displayed on the competition website are provided by participating teams.
Display authorization
By submitting relevant materials, participating teams confirm that they have obtained the necessary authorization from the individuals involved and agree that the organizing committee may use the materials for competition website display and event promotion.
Scope of use
Relevant materials are used only for display on the competition website, competition promotion and result archiving; without separate authorization, they are not used for commercial purposes unrelated to the competition.
